Become a Participating Contractor

CharlestonWISE provides local contractors the opportunity to expand their skills and build new business.
The program offers the following benefits for building professionals:

• Listing on the CharlestonWISE online contractor directory
   
• Connection to homeowners and businesses looking for services
   
• Marketing support and outreach materials
   

To participate in projects funded by the CharlestonWISE program, contractors must:

• Have a valid South Carolina contractor's license.
   
• Obtain insurance to utility minimums.
   
• Participate in a program orientation.
   
• Sign a Contractor Participation Agreement.
   
• Submit to ongoing reporting and quality assurance standards.
